Basic books for a minimum of 3 hours, Event and Concert for 4. Your booked hours include set up and tear down, so a three hour event with an hour either side is five hours. Extra set up or take down time is $100 an hour on Basic and Event.

A $150 cleaning fee applies to every booking. A cleaner is hired through Wellspring and the time is agreed when you sign. Waste goes in the receptacles provided.

50 percent plus tax when you sign, the balance five business days before the event. If the balance is not in by then, the date is released.

Full refund up to 20 business days before your date. Inside 20 business days the deposit is kept. Inside 5 business days all fees are kept. If Wellspring has to cancel, you get a full refund and first pick of another date.

Neither is permitted, at any event, anywhere on the property.

Event rentals carry commercial general liability insurance of $1,000,000 naming 10035159 Manitoba Ltd. as additional insured, with the certificate in a week before the event. Ask us if you have never arranged one, it is a quick online purchase.

Ten business days out: a logistics schedule (who is delivering what and when) and a floor plan we approve together. Deliveries need three business days notice.

Nothing nailed, taped or pinned to walls or fixtures. No candles or open flame. Special effects and cooking appliances need written approval first.

The hall rents outside business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00) and on weekends. Everything has to be out by the end of your booking or a time agreed in advance.

The renter, for the whole event. Renters under 21 need a sponsoring adult on site who signs the agreement.
